Foundation stone for the New School building was laid here in bondel. Rev Fr Andrew D’Souza parish priest conducted the prayer service, blessed and laid the foundation stone. Rev Fr Jason Monis, Rev Fr Deepak D’Sa the assistant parish priests, Rev Dn Prem Prakash, Mr Roy Castelinho, the contractor, Mr Lawrence Cutinho the Engineer, Mr Henbert Pinto the vice president, Mr Wilfred Alares the secretary, Headmistress and the staff of both kannada and english medium and the dignitaries and the parishioners were present for the function.

As the children are increasing in both Kannada and in English medium there is no enough classrooms to accommodate the children. As a result the plan for the new building came up. it costs more than 4 Crore to build the new building.
