Catechism day was inaugurated here in Bondel Church during 8: 30 children mass. Rev Fr Andrew D’Souza Parish Priest celebrated the mass. At the beginning of the mass symbolically the teachers and the students along with the celebrant and symbolically lightened the lamp and handed over the texts book to the teachers and gave the duty to teach the catechism. After the catechism the classes were began and the new academic year for the catechism began with new enthusiasm.
