New Pastoral Parishad came into existence for the term of three years. Mr Henbert Pinto as Vice President, Mr Francis Veigas as Secretary, all the Gurkars of 30 wards, ward representatives, representatives of educational institution, organization took their oath in front of the Parish Priest and the faithful.
