The celebration of faith education took place here in our parish today morning.  The Holy Eucharist was celebrated with devotion. Rev fr Vijay Machado Director Mangala Jyothi was the  main celebrant enlighted the minds saying why we need to learn catechism and what is the  importance  learning catechism in ones life. He said what we learn must go to hearts and it should be shown in hands. Rev Fr Jason Monis Asst Parish Priest and Rev Dn Ravi were on the altar.

After the mass stage programme and the    cultural programme took place in the school hall.  Various culture     programme was presented by the  children. Sharing their experience saying how it helped in their life to grow day by day. The guest of honor Rev Fr Vijay Machado before distributing the prizes congratulated the efforts of the teachers and the parents and later gave an call to the children to inculcate the values they learnt through the catechism in their daily life. Rev Fr Jason Monis the President of the programme in his speech requested the  children not only to learn academic education along with that catechism values must be learnt in order to use that intellectual knowledge in a proper way. Mr Henbert Pinto Vice President , Mr Francis Veigas Secretary were present on the dais.  Mrs Monica D’Silva and Mr Santhosh Misquith organized the programme. Master Nevil Dsilva and Miss Reema compered the programme.
