The members of St. Vincent D Paul Society on the eve of the feast of the Holy Trinity on June 11, distributed scholarships to 87 children irrespective of their religion.The amount ranged upto Rs 3.8 Lakh.

During the event, Rev. Fr. Andrew D’Souza, the parish priest of St. Lawrence Church Bondel said,“We have a duty towards the society. We have to learn to give for a cause. Storing things to ourselves doesn’t give any happiness. We should share whatever we have with others, help others and this will give satisfaction.”

Congratulating the SVP members, Fr. Andrew motivated the children to study well and be good leaders.
