Catholic Sabha Bondel Unit Organized free yoga camp on Monday evening July 18 2022 at 6.00 pm . Rev Fr Andrew Leo D’Souza Parish Priest St Lawrence church inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp and addressed the Gathering he said, that one gets joy, pep, intelligence, energy and spiritual feelings from yoga. “It is a link between the soul and the almighty. It is a guide to remain healthy,” Catholic Sabha President Mr Stephen D’Silva, Vice President Mr Henbert Pinto , AICU President Mr Lancy D’Cunha were present.Yoga Guru Kushalappa Godwa Founder of Avishkar Yoga Mangalore -said that with ‘Mantra Mudre’, yoga exercise for control of sicknesses, the nerves of the brain get revived and blood supply becomes smooth increasing self-control. “We should practice it in the camp and make it a habit. The Yoga camp will be held from Monday July 18th to Monday 25th July 2022 , between 6 pm to 7 pm. Nearly 30 people participated in yoga camp. Mr Lancy D’Cunha AICU president compered the programme.
