Parisar Ayog (Environment Commission ) & Catholic Sabha Bondel unit  jointly organized Tree plantation programme in PWD ground Bondel  on 24-7-2022. Bishop of Mangalore Diocese Most Rev. Dr. Peter Paul Saldanha inaugurated the programme by planting a sapling. Rev Fr Andrew Leo D’Souza-Parish Priest, Rev Fr Trishan D’Souza, secretary to our Bishop, Mr Henbert Pinto -Vice President Catholic Sabha, Parisar Ayog(Environment Commission) Convener- Mr Herald Pinto, Mr Stany Alvares- Convener Centenary Jubilee ,Mr Colin Miranda- Varado President ,  Parisar  Ayog secretary Mr Wilfred Alvares, Treasurer Mr Sujay D’Silva , AICU President Mr Lancy D’Cunha , Mrs Linete Pinto ,Mr Valerian Valder, Mr Bonaventure D’Souza were present.
 Bishop  in his address  said “Every family in Mangalore to plant at least five fruit bearing trees by the end of this year’s monsoon and thus help save nature and protect our environment.  AICU President  Mr Lancy D’Costa accorded a heartfelt note of gratitude.
