Sunday 21 Aug 2022 St Lawrence Church Bondel  Organised a  Leadership & Motivation progamme for Altar Server’s Association The programme began with a prayer invoking Gods Blessings. Aston D’Souza  welcomed the gathering. Br Stevan-Betharam Brother  led the prayer service. Animator Meena Barboza introduced the Resource Person Rev Dr Stan Rodrigues OCD, Tanzania. Later, the lamp was lit by Guest and the Animators present on the dais.

Rev Fr Peter Gonsalves, Rev Fr Lancy D’Souza, Rev Dr Stan OCD, Br Stevan, Mrs Meena Barboza- Animator, Reah D’Souza- President & Alvern Menezes –Secretary  Altar Server’s Association were present. 
-“Motivation is more vital than intelligence, and that is what matters in life. This is my first time in Mangalore, and I am thrilled to be here”, said Rev Dr Stan, He conducted the training. With activities & games. Sweeney Concessao compered the programme and Neola Pinto proposed the vote of thanks. 76 Altar Servers actively participated in the session..
