On Friday, March 6, at 5.00 p.m. a special Adoration and Holy Mass were held at St Lawrence Church, Bondel, followed by the Way of the Cross. The Adoration was conducted by Rev. Fr Andrew Leo D’Souza the Parish Priest, who prayed for our brethren in the Middle East and urged the faithful to remember them in their daily rosary prayers.

The Holy Mass was offered by Rev.Fr Andrew for the intentions of families working abroad who are presently living in fear and uncertainty. Special prayers were also offered for the thousands of Indians residing in the Gulf and Middle Eastern nations, who support their families back home and make valuable contributions to both the Church and the country.

In view of the present situation, the faithful were encouraged to entrust these individuals and their families to God’s loving protection, praying for their safety, security, and well-being.

Parishioners gathered in large numbers to pray for their loved ones and for peace and protection in the Middle East.

May God protect them and grant peace to all those affected by conflict and instability in the region.
