The inauguration of the year of mercy proclaimed by Pope Francis on December 8th at St Peters Basilica by opening the door was inaugurated here in bondel today during morning 7:00 a. m mass by opening the main door of the church by the parish priest Rev Fr Andrew D’Souza. The liturgy was prepared by the diocese and it carried on in the same way. The jubilee year of mercy is calling for all of us to experience the mercy of the father. The year of mercy will be celebrated from December 8, 2015  to November  20, 2016.
