Parish Day 2016   was celebrated today with great pleasure and joy by coming together as one family young and old great and small. the celebration began with Holy Mass. Rev Fr Rahul D’Souza celebrated the mass and preached the Homily he said as family we have received the blessings of God let make use of it. Rev Fr Andrew Dsouza Parish Priest, Rev Fr Jason Monis Asst Parish Priest , Rev Fr Lawrence Pinto, Rev Fr George con celebrated.

After the mass there were games for the parishioners and later Celebrated the 80th birthday of our parishioner Rev Fr Peter Noronha. Prizes were distributed to those won in the games and after the blessings the festal meal was served. nearly 2500 people were present for the festal meal and it was a great joy to see the family dining together.

the evening programme stared at sharp 6.05 pm lead by prayer. Mr Henbert Pinto welcomed the gathering. Rev Fr Andrew Dsouza presided over the function and Rev Dr Fr Clifford Pinto our parishioner was the chief guest. Rev Fr Jason Monis, Rev Fr George Betharam and Mr Wilfred Alvares the secretary was present over the dais and presented the report of the year.

Rev Fr Clifford in his message gave an call to live the family life and  Rev Fr Andrew Dsouza said how a parish and family life should go and how it is connected to each other. The achievers were honored specially and with the vote of thanks by Rev Fr Jason Monis the stage function got end.

The cultural evening began at 7.45 pm and it was a pleasant evening til 10.00 pm. Various artists who had achieved in the singing and dance field gave the evening show.

Mr Lancy Dcunha and Mr Wilfred Alvares compered the programme in the morning.  Mrs Lavina Pinto compered the evening stage programme and Miss Shanthi Priya Lasrado for the Cultural evening.
