The Saint Anthony Ward Day was joyfully celebrated on June 15, 2025, at the residence of Mr Cletus D’Souza. The celebration began with the presence and blessings of Rev. Fr Andrew Leo D’Souza, Parish Priest of St. Lawrence Church; Rev. Fr Lawrence Cutinha, Assistant Parish Priest; and Rev. Fr Peter Gonsalves, Principal of St Lawrence English Medium School.

All ward members gathered in unity to honor their patron, St Anthony – the miracle saint known for his powerful intercession and deep love for the poor and the Word of God. Fr Andrew, Fr Lawrence, and Rev. Fr Peter shared inspiring messages highlighting the life and teachings of St Anthony, encouraging everyone to live with faith, humility, and service.

A special birthday celebration was held for those born in June with cake cutting, adding joy to the occasion. Fun-filled games were organized for all age groups, and winners were awarded prizes.

The event concluded with fellowship over snacks and coffee, leaving everyone with hearts full of gratitude and joy. It was a beautiful day of faith, family, and togetherness in honor of St Anthony.
