On Sunday, March 29th, at 5:00 p.m., the Way of the Cross was prayerfully held in the church premises. The faithful gathered in large numbers, reflecting on each station and the suffering of Jesus. Each station included prayers of the faithful, and the ward members took responsibility by carrying the Cross and leading the readings, making the devotion more meaningful and participative.

At 6:30 p.m., a cinematic play titled “Tin Nimaanim Baara Voram” was presented in the church premises, depicting the 12 hours of Jesus’ suffering before His death on the Cross. The play deeply touched the hearts of the faithful.

Some of the actors from our parish and other parishes who were part of the film were felicitated and appreciated for their talent with a token of love, recognizing their dedication and contribution. The felicitation was done by Rev.Fr Andrew Leo D’Souza, Parish Priest, along with Rev Fr Lawrence Cutinha and Rev. Fr Peter Gonsalves. The Vice President, Mr John D’Silva, and Secretary, Mr Alwyn Saldanha, were also present on the occasion.
