Prathibha Kulai, M.S.W., M.Phil., Member of the Karnataka State Commission for Backward Classes, visited St Lawrence Church & Shrine, Bondel, on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

During her visit, she offered prayers and sought the blessings of St Lawrence.

She was warmly welcomed at the shrine by the Rector, Rev. Fr Basil Vas.

As a mark of honour, Rev. Fr Basil Vas felicitated her with a shawl.
