We are reflecting on the theme trial and temptations are the part of committed life . In today’s world we see for being christian they face troubles, trials and temptation. In the church if we see from the time of early christian we see trials in their life and they were ready to face the challenge. Our patron St Lawrence is also witnessed the same life. In the present world we see how the children are treated from the time they get up from bed to time they go for sleep are taken care. They are not given how to face challenge. As a result no one wants to be in trials. The way of Jesus is of difficulty and and of humbleness and we are called to walk in that path to become the witness to Christ said Rev Fr Rohith D’Costa, assistant director of St Joseph Engineering College in his homily  while celebrating the mass during the eighth day of novena. Rev Fr Andrew D’Souza, Rev Fr Charles Menezes con celebrated.
