St Lawrence Church has a cause for its joy for the purpose of constructing a house for one of the needy parishioners. The Parish Pastoral Council decided to provide a shelter to Mr. Maxim Rodrigues & Fly of St. Anna Ward. The completion of the house work was possible by generous donors as well as  well wishers. House warming ceremony was done on 11^th February 2018 by our Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Andrew D’souza and invoked God’s blessings. Mr. Henbert Pinto, Vice President PPC, Mr. Francis Veigas, Secretary PPC, Mr. Immanuel, Gurkar & other prominent were present. Mr. Wilfred Alvares compeered the programme.
