Feb 20 , 2022 Altar Server’s day was celebrated at St Lawrence Church , Bondel . The celebration started with Holy Eucharistic liturgy on 20th February 2022 at 8..30 am. The mass was celebrated by Rev Fr. Rupesh Tauro , Asst Parish Priest/ Director – Altar Servers Association.Fr Rupesh Tauro in his homily emphasis̤ed about the patron saint of Altar Server’s. He said that St John Berchmans’ dedicated his life with prayer and always served as an altar server in his childhood. It is a great opportunity to be an altar server given by God and he called each one of them to do it with devotion and dedication. The altar servers conducted the liturgy and participated in the Holy Eucharistic celebration with discipline and dedication. Rev Fr Rupesh Thanked Ms Meena Barboza the Animator for her dedicated service, guiding and motivating the Altar Servers.Soon after the Holy Mass, g̤e̤t̤-̤t̤o̤g̤e̤t̤h̤e̤r̤ was arranged in the Church Mini Hall. The programme commenced with the prayer song & motivational talk by Rev Fr Rupesh , Bro Alwyn & Bro Steevan were present.Snacks were served after the programme.
